The Guesthouse is committed to ensuring respect for and protection of the personal data of its Users and Clients, and to guaranteeing their security both when simply browsing the website and when registering and communicating personal data in order to take advantage of the services available. With this document the Guesthouse intends to provide some information on the processing of personal data relating to Users who visit or consult the website accessible by electronic means from the address (the “Site”). This information is provided only for the website of and not for other websites that may be consulted by the user via links (for which please refer to the respective privacy policy/policies on the processing of personal data). The personal data provided and acquired in connection with a request for information and/or contact, registration on the website and/or use of the services by means of a smartphone or any other tool used to access the Internet, as well as the data necessary for the provision of such services, including surfing data and data used for the possible purchase of products and services offered by the Guesthouse, as well as the so-called “surfing” data of the website by Users, will be processed in compliance with the applicable legislation. The computer systems and software procedures used for the operation of this website acquire, in the course of their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of the Internet. This is information that is not collected in order to be associated with identified interested parties, but which by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, make it possible to identify the navigating users. It should also be noted that Users and/or Clients may access the Site or connect to areas where they may be enabled to publish information using blogs or noticeboards, communicate with others, for example from the Guesthouse’s page on Facebook, Instagram and other social networking sites, review products and offers and post comments or content. Before interacting with these areas, we invite Users and/or Clients to carefully read the General Conditions of Use, bearing in mind that, in certain circumstances, the information you publish may be viewed by anyone with access to the Internet and any information you include in your publications may be read, collected and used by third parties.


The data are processed for the following purposes: 1. activities strictly related and necessary to the registration to the website, to the services and/or Apps developed or made available by the Guesthouse, to the use of the related information services, to the management of contact or information requests, to the making of purchases of products and services offered through the website of the Guesthouse, to the necessary payment activities; 2. ancillary activities related to the management of the User/Customer’s requests and to the sending of feedback that may include the transmission of promotional material; for the completion of the purchase order of the products and services offered, including aspects related to payment by credit card; 3. activities related to the fulfilment of obligations provided for by EU and national regulations, to the protection of public order, to the detection and repression of crimes. The data processing will be carried out with the logic of organisation and processing of personal data, also related to the logs originated by the access and use of the services made available via web, of the products and services used related to the above mentioned purposes and, in any case, in such a way as to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data. The personal data processed will be retained for the periods of time prescribed by the legislation applicable at the time. The Customer may always revoke consent and exercise the right to object to direct marketing (in ‘traditional’ and ‘automated’ form). The objection, in the absence of any indication to the contrary, will refer to both traditional and automated communications. Optional consent is always freely revocable.
