RATES & POLICY
To stay in the Guesthouse, a minimum stay of 2 nights is required (3 nights minimum stay during the month of August.)
Low season: from November to April.
Mid season: from April to June / from September to October
High season: from July to August
For pre-holidays and public holidays please consider rates from middle and high season, in accordance with the italian calendar.

Prices are per accommodation and for 2 people, excluding tourist tax.
Children under the age of 2 may use a baby cot for an additional fee of 15€ per stay. It’s possible to request a highchair, which will be provided for free. Due to hygienic and allergic reasons, animals are not allowed.
Please note that all our rooms are non-smoking.
CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT
Check-in is from 15H00 to 21H00. Early check-in is possible according to availability. Late check-in, after 21H00 is possible at an extra charge of 20€.
All accommodations are equipped with modern comforts and are accessible with keys, which will be given to hosts at the arrival and must be returned at the departure. Check-out is at 11H00. Guests may request a late check-out until maximum 12H00, subject to availability.
Late check-out, anytime after 12H00, will be charged at the cost of 1 extra night.
BOOKING and CANCELLATION
To validate your booking, a deposit of 30% of the total amount is requested. The deposit must be paid by bank transfer within 7 days from the booking confirmation. The remaining amount will be requested at the check-out and can be paid by cash or credit/debit card.

The deposit will be refunded in case of cancellation made before the 14th day prior to check-in.
In case of cancellation 14 days or less prior to check-in, no reimbursement will be allowed.
After the confirmation of the reservation, the above conditions will be considered accepted by all the guests.
